You expect to receive some of the topics
just before the interview.
You may be asking such questions as:
What happens in a panel interview?
How can I be as prepared as possible?
How can I best present myself?
How can I deal with my shortcomings?
What are some “do’s” for panel interviews?
What are key “don’ts”?
I have this big concern…eg: what if my mind goes blank and
I can’t recall my answer?... how do I best deal with it?
To address these questions and to assist your preparations, this
2-hour session brings in Jim Wuest who has 35 years of experience
in designing and leading panel interviews for managers and executives
in the public service and the private sector. Expect some useful
handouts,
and valuable discussion that shares Jim’s insights and the
experience of
Members who “have been there”.
