Topic: "Mountie Rules" Part 2 of 2
There are a number of leadership "rules" that have stood the test of time within the RCMP and progressive management/leadership theories.
They have been validated through a number of systems and practices - they align with our past and current core/organizational competencies and our Mission, Vision Values.
This session will review the second half of these leadership principles (first half discussed on Dec 15/05) and apply them into an RCMP policing environment as a Corporal, Sergeant and Staff Sergeant.
